On-demand information service is the analysis and provision of information with form and content previously defined, in accordance with the needs and purposes of the users. The product of this service may be a list of materials related to the area that users are interested in (with or without abstract); provide original material; copy of a part or whole of original document; provice directions and links to information sources.
